The Spiral: the skyscraper that redefines the New York skyline
With a sustainable design and built with people in mind, The Spiral has become one of New York's most iconic skyscrapers, redefining the city's skyline and embodying an optimistic vision of the future of cities.
This 66-story, 314-meter-tall skyscraper is particularly notable for its structure of embossed terraces that snake from the base to the top of the building, mimicking the surroundings and bringing nature from the ground to the heights. It is a truly green building that has been recognized with the highest international sustainability certificates and even has an intelligent irrigation system that collects rainwater to treat it and distribute it throughout the gardens and terraces.
Since January 2023 it has been the headquarters of Turner Construction, the ACS Group company in charge of developing this project.
