Introduction

What is Compliance?

Compliance refers to the fulfillment of obligations, both mandatory and as a result of compliance with Law, as well as those that ACS has decided to assume voluntarily and at the top of which is the ACS Code of Conduct.

Who deals with Compliance?

The existence of a true Compliance Culture requires the involvement of all the people who make up ACS. With the aim of helping to maintain this Culture, the Compliance Committee has been set up to ensure compliance with the obligations that affect ACS.

How can I report a non-fulfillment of a compliance obligation?

ACS makes available to all its members and third parties the Ethical Channel, a tool through which they must report a non-fulfillment of a compliance obligation established in the legislation, in the ACS Code of Conduct, as well as in any other standard or internal policy.

The communication with the Ethical Channel is confidential. The processing all data will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the current personal data protection legislation.

What is the internal regulation regarding Compliance?

At the epicenter of the ACS Compliance Culture is the Code of Conduct, which sets out the behavior guidelines expected of all ACS members. In this regard, all workers, managers and people linked to ACS are expected to comply with the aforementioned Code, as well as with the rest of the internal policies.

ACS has been equipped with a crime prevention and anti-bribery management system to structure an environment to prevent, detect and manage criminal and anti-bribery risks, as well as to reduce its undesired effects in the case of its materialization, contributing to generate an ethical culture and respect for the Law among all ACS members.
