Integrated Solutions

The ACS Group designs, builds and operates new generation infrastructures which are in high demand in the market and which enable the current needs of society to be met. From high technology projects such as Data Processing Centres (DPC), telecommunications networks and semiconductor production facilities, projects related to the energy transition such as renewable energy assets, battery factories, electricity transmission lines and energy storage systems, to solutions for the biopharmaceutical, healthcare or defence industries, the Group's companies promote projects linked to sectors with high added value. 
 
The Group is also committed to sustainable mobility with advanced projects related to smart cities, new urban transport infrastructures and fast-charging networks for electric vehicles. It also develops infrastructures to obtain the raw materials needed to ensure progress in the current energy transition process. 
 
In parallel, the Group's companies provide key social and urban infrastructures to improve the quality of life of the communities in which they operate. In these activities, ACS is also committed to the integration of technology and cutting-edge solutions to give shape to projects capable of meeting the growing demands of society. Noteworthy in this segment are projects linked to the development and adaptation of hospitals, laboratories or universities, as well as the creation of sports and leisure facilities. 
 
The Group's main companies focused on these areas of activity are Turner, with operations in the United States and Europe, and CIMIC in the Asia Pacific region.

3. Meta Jeffersonville Rendering 2
Data center campuses in Indiana

Turner has been awarded a contract to build a data center campus for Meta, Facebook's parent company, in Jeffersonville, Indiana (USA) in 2023. The project will involve an investment of around 740 million euros.

21. Panasonic Energy Kansas Rendering
Vehicle battery production plant in Kansas

In 2023 Turner has been selected to build an electric vehicle battery production plant in De Soto, Kansas (USA). Through a joint venture, Turner will develop for Panasonic Energy a project that will not only include the creation of an assembly plant, but also the construction of a central utility plant and ancillary buildings. The facility is expected to start production by the end of March 2025.

HumeLink power transmission network in New South Wales

CIMIC is leading the execution of HumeLink, one of the largest energy infrastructure projects in New South Wales (Australia). It involves the construction of more than 385 kilometers of transmission lines to significantly strengthen the region's power grid.

Several of CIMIC's subsidiaries are working on the construction of one of Australia's largest public transport projects. This initiative represents a significant milestone in improving services for residents and visitors to the city.
