Its structure is based on the "central core system", a technique that allows it to support the enormous load of its own weight and resist the force of wind and earthquakes. The central core acts as a strong backbone that runs the length of the building, providing rigidity and stability.

Its characteristic shape is inspired by one of the region's flowers: the spider lily.
