June 20, 21, 24, 25 and 26, 2024: Dates for the purpose of calculating the PreCot.

June 27, 2024: Decisions to initiate the first execution of the bonus share capital increase setting the dates of the first execution of the capital increase and the simultaneous capital reduction, as well as the terms thereof, including of the number of free allocation rights necessary to receive one share and the definitive price of the Purchase Commitment assumed by ACS. Publication of the main terms of the first execution of the capital increase by means of an informative document sent to the CNMV (and communication of other relevant information attaching such informative document).

June 28, 2024: Publication of the BME PC.

July 1, 2024: Publication of the announcement of the first execution of the capital increase and the simultaneous capital reduction in the BORME. Last day on which ACS shares are traded with the right to participate in the first execution of the capital increase (last trading date).

July 2, 2024: Beginning of the trading period of the free allocation rights and of the period for requesting the cash remuneration (sale of rights to ACS) under the purchase commitment assumed by ACS. Date as from which ACS shares are traded without the right to participate in the first execution of the capital increase (ex-date).

July 3, 2024: Date of determination by Iberclear of the positions for the allocation of free allocation rights (record date).

July 4, 2024: Date of allocation of the free allocation rights.

July 9, 2024: End of the period for requesting cash remuneration (sale of free allocation rights to ACS) by virtue of the Purchase Commitment assumed by ACS.

July 15, 2024: End of the trading period for the free allocation rights. Acquisition by ACS of the free allocation rights from shareholders who have opted to receive cash under the Purchase Commitment assumed by ACS (DAGs Purchase and Sale Transaction Date).

July 16, 2024: ACS waives any free allocation rights held at the end of the trading period. End of the First Execution of the capital increase.

July 17, 2024: Cash payment to shareholders who have requested cash remuneration under the purchase commitment assumed by ACS (DAGs purchase and sale settlement date).

July 17, 2024: Execution and filing with the Commercial Registry of the deed of the first execution of the capital increase and the simultaneous capital reduction.

July 19, 2024: Delivery of the deed of the first execution of the simultaneous capital increase and capital reduction and the corresponding documentation to Iberclear, Bolsas and CNMV1.

July 23, 2024: Authorization CNMV and Stock Exchanges. Registration of the new shares to be issued as a result of the first execution of the capital increase and cancellation of the shares to be redeemed as a result of the simultaneous capital reduction in Iberclear's accounting records.

July 24, 2024: Start of trading of the new shares on the Spanish Stock Exchanges2 .
