Explanatory note

ACS Group informs that it is completely fake and clearly malicious today’s information released by “El Confidencial” which claims that ACS has lend € 462 M to the Company’s
vice president, Mr. Pedro López Jiménez.
The article’s intention is backed by the swap of two consecutive lines included in the Company’s 2018 Annual Corporate Governance Report, between the board member Javier Echenique, as Banco Sabadell’s vice president, a bank who has carried out lending and credit operations with ACS Group worth € 462,491 M, and the board member Pedro López Jiménez which has received, through its company FAPIN MOBI, € 759,000 in dividends.
Furthermore, these figures are correctly reflected in ACS Group Consolidated Report, Note 33, page 136, brought to your attention for the appropriate purposes in order to prevent any error or mistake after today’s information released by El Confidencial.
