Dragados SPL obtains a syndicated loan for 280 million euros
Seven financial entities are participating in the syndicate

Dragados Servicios Portuarios y Logísticos, a company belonging to the Grupo ACS Services area, has taken out a syndicated loan for 280 million euros aimed at refinancing part of its debt and meeting current and future corporate needs.
The loan, which was syndicated to different domestic and international commercial and savings banks, has been underwritten and guaranteed by 7 leading financial entities, namely Banco Sabadell, Barclays Capital, BNP Paribas, Fortis Bank, HSBC Bank, Santander and Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking. The total number of participants in the operation, including the aforementioned banks, is twenty-two, which demonstrates that the transaction was well received in the market.
The loan, which is for five years and will be amortised by a lump sum payment at the end of the loan term, has a variable interest rate indexed to Euribor. The other terms and conditions are standard for these types of market operations.
Dragados SPL encompasses all of the Grupo ACS businesses engaged in the provision of port and logistics services. Last year it firmly established itself as the leader in managing and operating port terminals by handling 3.5 million TEUs and over 15 million tons of cargo, as well as transporting more than one and a half million cars.
