Share capital

The share capital of the ACS Group totals 157,332,297 euros, represented by 314.664.594  ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.50 euros per share, all of which are of the same class and series.

On May 25th, 2009, there was a reduction in the stock capital by a nominal amount of € 1,989,690 through the redemption of 3,979,380 shares of treasury stock. The shares were redeemed at their purchase cost charged to net worth for the amount of their nominal value and the rest was charged to free reserves.
