At 31 December 2010, the share capital of the ACS Group amounted to €157,332,297, made up of 314,664,594 ordinary shares with a face value of €0.50 each, all of the same class and series. ACS’ shares are listed on the Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Valencia stock exchanges.

2010 Milestones:

Increase Recurring Net Profit to 923 million euros, 10.3% up on that recorded in 2009.
