At December 31^st, 2005 the ACS Group had 113,273 employees, representing 0.6% of the working population of Spain. Of these employees, 17% provided services in the international area.

ACS also provides its employees with the highest level of training. The Annual Training Plan comprises over half a million hours of study in courses and studies relating to all its activities.
