Research and development
In 2005 four projects were developed in the areas of solid urban waste and the reduction of CO
2 emissions. These projects were as follows:
- Pilot plant and demonstration project for the treatment and elimination of derivatives of silicon in dump biogas recovery processes.
- Design, financing, construction and start-up of a pioneer plastic waste energy recovery Plant in Spain.
- Participation in the TEVER project: analysis and state of the art emerging urban waste recovery technologies.
- Research and development project for new uses of recycled aggregates aimed at reducing CO2 emissions, recovery of polluted land and re-usage as an aggregate for construction.
