Shareholders´ agreements

ACS announced on May 4, 2006 the shareholders' agreement entered into by la Caixa d’Estalvis i Pensions de Barcelona and the Italian company Schemaventotto S.p.A. and ACS, by which they reciprocally grant reciprocally grant a right of first offer in the case that any of the companies intends to transfer shares of the company Abertis Infraestructuras, S.A., that they currently hold or may hold in the future.
