Projects accomplished

The ACS Group participates in all kinds of infrastructure projects through its leading company in the Construction activity, Dragados, S.A.. Its significant presence is notable in the construction of important projects of highways, motorways, roads, marine works, hydraulic works, metropolitan infrastructures, airports, ports, etc., being also highly competitive in building activity, both in non-residential building for commercial, healthcare, educational, administrative, cultural or sporting uses and in the refurnishment of unique buildings, and in residential building throughout Spain, with presence in the country’s principal cities, residential areas and tourist destinations.

The magnitude of civil engineering projects demands a solid structure of resources and technology, in addition to a demanding subcontracting policy that results in a more integrated production. As a result, ACS Group guarantees the meeting of deadlines and maximum levels of quality and safety.

Civil works accounts for around 60% of the total activity of the Construction area and benefits from a competitive edge worldwide due to the complexity, magnitude and quality of the projects carried out.

The Building activity involves the construction of non-residential buildings, for uses such as commerce, healthcare, educational, administration, cultural and sports events and the rehabilitation of unique buildings, and residential building throughout Spain, in its main cities, residential areas and tourist destinations.
