Global Reporting Iniatitive (GRI 4) The 2015 Corporate Responsibility Report of the ACS Group has been drawn up in accordance with the latest version of the “Sustainability reporting guidelines” of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI 4), including the additional information applicable required for the sector supplements of “Construction and Real Estate”.
The ACS Group considers that the 2015 Corporate Social Responsibility Report has been drawn up using the options defined by GRI Guide, with the Comprehensive option.
FTSE In 2016, FTSE Russell (the trading name of FTSE International Limited and Frank Russell Company) confirms that Grupo ACS has been independently assessed according to the FTSE4Good criteria, and has satisfied the requirements to become a constituent of the FTSE4Good Index Series. Created by the global index provider FTSE Russell, the FTSE4Good Index Series is designed to measure the performance of companies demonstrating strong Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices. The FTSE4Good indices are used by a wide variety of market participants to create and assess responsible investment funds and other products.
In 2002, the ACS Group became one of the Spanish Companies adhering to the United Nations Global Compact. The Group’s commitment is to include the principles of the Global Compact in its strategy and operations.

Each year the ACS Group devotes notable effort to collaboration for the development of initiatives of community interest. These are focused on undertaking measures to improve integration, cultural promotion and the generation of knowledge. The ACS Group considers that these activities serve to demonstrate the social commitment of one of the most important companies worldwide to society.

Additionally, ACS Group operations are based on the provisions contained in the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises. The ACS Group has committed to implementing measures aimed at integrating these principles of conduct into the whole of its operations.
CDP The ACS Group supports the Carbon Disclosure Project initiative.

    • The ACS Group is one of the most highly respected companies in Spain, according to the Merco monitor, and Florentino Pérez is considered to be one of the 10 leaders with the highest reputation in Spain, according to the same monitor.
    • ACS has been acknowledged to be the listed Ibex-35 company with the highest accumulated return over 23 years of history of INVERSIÓN.
